PODC 2001 Hotel Registration

PODC 2001 will be held at the Hotel Viking, One Bellevue Avenue, Newport, RI 02840. A block of rooms with special conference rates has been reserved for the conference under the group name PODC.

POMC 2001 Hotel Registration

The POMC 2001 workshop will be co-located with PODC 2001 at the Hotel Viking, One Bellevue Avenue, Newport, RI 02840. Please follow the procedures below for PODC hotel registration under the group name PODC.

Registration Instructions (Expired)

To make reservations: Call the Hotel Viking at 800-556-7126 or 401-847-3300 by August 4 and book under the "PODC" group. (Note that PODC early registration deadline is July 25 and that PODC registration does not include hotel.)

Room rates are subject to the state and local taxes totalling approximately 12%.

Deadline

These rates are guaranteed until August 4. Normal rates are substantially higher. Summer is a very busy season in Newport and it is likely that after August 4 there will be no rooms available at any rate.
