  • Fees are for combined conference registration. All registrants will receive proceedings for both conferences. It is not possible to register for only one conference.
  • Regular registration fees expired at 11:59pm EDT on June 13, 2005.
  • Registration fees do not include the cost of hotel accommodations.  Registrants must make their own arrangements.
  • Registration fees cover the cost of some meals. All registrants (except students that request no banquet ticket) receive admission to the conference banquet as part of their registration.

  3. Extra PODC proceedings.
    All registrants will receive a copy of the PODC proceedings. You may purchase extra PODC proceedings in advance at a cost of US$35 each.

    All registrants will receive a copy of the SPAA proceedings. You may purchase extra SPAA proceedings in advance at a cost of US$30 each.

  5. Extra banquet tickets.
    All registrants will receive one banquet ticket (except students who choose not to). You may purchase extra banquet tickets for guests at a cost of US$75 each.

  6. Administrative information

    1. PODC mailing list.
      Ordinarily, PODC registrants are added to the PODC email list (if they are not already there). Please check the following if appropriate:
      I prefer not to be added to the PODC email list; please remove me if I am on the list.
    2. SPAA mailing list.
      Beginning this year, SPAA registrants may be added to a SPAA email list. Please check the following if appropriate:
      I prefer not to be added to the SPAA email list.
    3. Attendee list.
      PODC/SPAA 2005 plans to provide an address list of attendees at the conference.  Please check the following if appropriate:
      I prefer to be omitted from the attendee list.
    4. Meal Preference.
      1. Vegetarian or Kosher meals can be provided for the banquet and the two PODC/SPAA lunches. Please check the following if appropriate:
        I prefer vegetarian meals.
        I prefer Kosher meals.
      2. We cannot guarantee that other special meal requests will be honored. However, if you have any other dietary constraints, please list them here and we will do our best to accommodate you:
