Information about Facilities for Presentations

** For regular presentations

The only facility available is over-head projector. Computer for powerpoint slides is NOT available.

** For brief announcements (poster presentations)

The poster session will be Tuesday, May 4, 5:30 to 7:00 PM, in the same area as, and overlapping with, the mixer.

FCRC just notified us about a change in the equipment for the poster sessions. Instead of easels, each presenter will have a free-standing object with a usable surface that is 4 feet by 8 feet. The surface is covered with velcro (female) and can also take push pins. Thus a backing board is not necessary. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES (paper, push pins, etc.).
