Note to authors of accepted papers<\/h3>\n

Please note that at least one non-student full registration (ACM or non-ACM) is required for each paper. The only exception is when all authors are students (such requests should be directed to conference-committee@podc.org<\/a> before registering).<\/p>\n

Student registration<\/h3>\n

The student registration includes attendance to all PODC workshops, all PODC sessions, coffee breaks from 15 July to 18 July, lunches from 15 July to 18 July, reception on 15 July evening, conference dinner \/ social event on 17 July evening, conference proceedings. Only full-time students at the time of registration can register. Evidence of being a current full time student must be sent upon completion of the registration by email to organization-committee@podc.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ACM registration<\/h3>\n

The ACM registration includes attendance to all PODC workshops, all PODC sessions, coffee breaks from 15 July to 18 July, lunches from 15 July to 18 July, reception on 15 July evening, conference dinner \/ social event on 17 July evening, conference proceedings. Only ACM members at the time of registration can register. Evidence of being a current ACM member must be sent upon completion of the registration by email to organization-committee@podc.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Non-ACM registration<\/h3>\n

The non-ACM registration includes attendance to all PODC workshops, all PODC sessions, coffee breaks from 15 July to 18 July, lunches from 15 July to 18 July, reception on 15 July evening, conference dinner \/ social event on 17 July evening, conference proceedings.<\/p>\n

Workshop only registration<\/h3>\n

The workshop only registration includes attendance to all PODC workshops, coffee breaks on 15 July, lunch on 15, reception on 15 July evening. Note that Student registration, ACM registration, and non-ACM registration all include PODC workshop participation, so this registration is only needed for those that attend only the workshops. (Further requests about workshops should be directed to workshop-committee@podc.org<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Receipts<\/h3>\n

Each registrant will receive a receipt by email immediately after registering.\u00a0 This receipt will not explicitly mention PODC, but will name the university UPMC (Universit\u00e9 Pierre et Marie Curie) handling registration for us.\u00a0 Each registrant will receive a formal receipt mentioning PODC by name at the conference, and an electronic copy of the formal receipt by email shortly before the conference.<\/p>\n
