We are seeking<br \/>\nexcellent dissertations in the area of Distributed Computing that were<br \/>\nsuccessfully defended (or, in lieu of a defense, obtained final approval) in<br \/>\nthe period January 1st, 2015 through December 31st, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations should be emailed before February 28 to the committee chair,<br \/>\nBoaz Patt-Shamir (<a href=\"mailto:boaz@tau.ac.il\">boaz@tau.ac.il<\/a>). The decision will be announced by May 31,<br \/>\nand the award will be presented at the PODC conference in July 2017<br \/>\n(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.podc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=http:\/\/www.podc.org&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1483407049997000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGfrj903AasuQWs0ONrGIhCUPp6mA\">www.podc.org<\/a>).
