No further booking requests for on-campus rooms will be accommodated after this date.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.podc.org\/podc2018\/booking-on-campus-accommodation#single\">Single occupancy booking<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.podc.org\/podc2018\/booking-on-campus-accommodation#double\">Double occupancy booking<\/a> for sharing a room with a person who is not a registered attendee of either PODC&#8217;18 or collocated workshops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a id=\"single\"><\/a>Single Occupancy Booking<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/venue-booking.royalholloway.ac.uk\/BnB\">https:\/\/venue-booking.royalholloway.ac.uk\/BnB<\/a> to access the booking portal.<\/li>\n<li>On the first screen:\n<ol>\n<li>Select your arrival and departure dates. Note that the dates bookable through the portal must fall within the range of <strong>21 July<\/strong> (<strong>earliest arrival<\/strong>) to <strong>29 July<\/strong> (<strong>earliest departure<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Change \u2018Area\u2019 from \u2018Any Location\u2019 to <b>\u2018New Halls<\/b>\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Enter \u2018<b>ACMPODC2018<\/b>\u2019 in the \u2018Promotion
