Registration for PODC 2015 and workshops is now open. Please fill out the registration form at the end of this page and send it by email or fax as indicated. The early registration deadline is June 22.

Registration includes attendance to the PODC workshops (July 20) and the main PODC conference (July 21-23), 4 lunches and coffee breaks (July 20 – 23), reception (July 20 evening), banquet (July 22 evening), and proceedings (printed or on usb).
Student registration fees apply only to full-time students at the time of registration.
Workshop-only registration includes attendance to the PODC workshops (July 20), lunch and coffee breaks (July 20), and reception (July 20 evening).
Extra tickets for the banquet on July 22 are available for €75/person.
At least one author of each accepted paper (full or brief announcement) must register.
Accommodation
Registration fees do not include accommodation. However, the registration site provides the option to book a room at a student residence (this is optional, and payment is made in advance). Detailed Information on accommodation, including suggested hotels, will be available soon.
Registration procedure
To register, download this registration form, fill it out, save it, and send by email to cverano@ehu.eus, or by fax to +34 943 219 598. If sending by email, please do not rename the file, and use “PODC 2015 Registration” as the subject of the email. If sending by fax, mention “PODC 2015 Registration” on the cover page.
